He insisted all payments were done as project proceeded. All payments were made as required but within weeks the spa had a crack in it and the pavers started to get effouresence on them. He did repair the spa that time but since then it cracked again and we had to pay the repair ourseves.He did nothing to fix the pavers and the company called Stabil Pavers left us with a mess on all the pavers with the effouresence. They informed us that they had no contract with us only with Don Archer at Olymipic Pools. Any complaint had to be placed through him. We hired an addtional company after a yr and half to try and fix the effouresence they charged us an addtional $1200.00 and guaranteed that it would remove the effouresence. They tried but it looks as bad as ever. To this day no one takes accountability for the entire mess and we are out a considerable amount of money.
