"Due to the amount of rain we have been receiving we are extremely busy to the point where we are not taking on new work. We are approx 8-10 weeks out. Unfortunately that makes the customers upset that we can't get to them right away. His roof was repaired on 8/16. The repair made last year had a 1 yr warranty on it. That repair was not leaking in the same place, but it was leaking in the same area. We fixed that leak at no charge anyway as a courtesy. It has been two weeks since the repairs have been completed and we are still waiting on payment."
