It was pretty cheap.   I went to them because of the coupon.  They’re on time and did all the things they said they would do.  They were quick and easy.  They were good.  They tried to up-sell as far as other things needed to be done and it was kind of expensive.  I didn’t think that the up-selling was a fair price.

Mr. Senseman and all of his employees were extremely professional, efficient and courteous at all times. The system performs exactly as described and expected. It is absolutely undetectable while running and cools and heats the house beautifully. We paid extra for a super-high efficiency system with variable speed drive for the compressor, which operates at 44% to 108% of capacity. A typical system operates at 100% of capacity when running, whether or not full capacity is needed. Although this is new construction and we do not have an old system for comparison, judging by conversations with our friends and neighbors in a similar size house, I am fully convinced we are saving money, energy and environmental impact by having installed this system. I am very appreciative that Mr. Senseman and Kinetic Air had the knowledge and expertise to properly install and fine tune this high performance system in our house.

The service rep came out after we had 2 other companies tell us that we needed a new unit to the tune on $8000.00. He inspected the unit and told us that we did not need a new system and repaired the unit and it has been working ever since. This company was very good to deal with and were very professional.

We needed an air conditioner about a year and we didn't have any money so they were able to work out of a finance situation with us. They were extremely friendly. We worked something out that we could both live with. They were very professional, clean, neat and thorough. Right in the nick of time before summer, they've been servicing it. They're calling us to remind us that it needs to be serviced. They'd come over and service it. We finally made our payment and I called to thank the owner for allowing us to do that payment plan and he was very happy that they were able to help us out. He took an interest in our lives and asked about how things were going along and I was able to give him a report. The air conditioner is fine. They didn't try to sell a top-of-the-line model or anything. They found something sufficient that would do the job. It was just a very positive, realistic and manageable sale that we had. It's a very honest group. I would highly recommend them. I would really urge people to call them first.

I called the company. They came right out to discuss what I needed and planned the time and day for that to happen. In just a few days the work crew came out and did the job of installing a new a/c unit. They sold me just what I needed. Not something fancy or overpriced.

Woke up Saturday morning to find A/C not working.  Called Kinetic Air at 9am.  Someone called back in less than 5 minutes.  He gave me a couple ideas to check then said he would be here between 11-1pm.  Service tech showed up at 11am.  Very professional in uniform, wore shoe covers when in the house.  He was able to diagnose the problem and have it fixed within 90 minutes.  Then continued to check the rest of the system for proper operation.   He replaced a float switch and the unit has been running as expected since.
