First of all his work is sub contracted out and so they were there to get job done and move to next one. Never cleaned up after themselves, destroyed all my flowerbeds, got concrete on my decorative stone, exterior ceiling fan, damaged my soffit. Never knew who was the foreman on job and after Doug came out and gave estimate never seen him again until I called and requested he come out and look at the condition they left yard and what I wasn't happy with. Also you would think that he would come out and look after they were so called done but no he just emailed me the invoice wanting paid until I called him with my complaints did I have any interaction with him. Also when I did ask questions he was very rude saying that this isn't his first rodeo and he has been in business for over 30 years. But I will not recommend him and I think that he needs to stay away from residential work.

I was repainting our home, and had been looking around to find a company that would do trim rings and medallions prior to the new paint. I knew it was a small job and called several other companies who were not interested.
Doug was the only one who followed through, stopped by  gave me a quote the next day, and followed through quickly and professionally with the installation. The quality of the work was top notch and the archetectural elements he installed made a big difference in the look of the entranceway.
After talking with companies that said they were interested and never followed up with pricing etc, I was very happy to find Doug Parsons and would not hesitate for a moment to use them again.
