Our home is over 40 years old and in desperate need of a remodel/renovation. We got three quotes for a kitchen, dining room and desk remodel and new floors/baseboards throughout the entire home. Dimitri and Yanni was our lowest quote promising the same quality work. I think it is their ability to cut out the middle man that made the difference in pricing, because it certainly wasn't a lack of quality work and materials. The house looks like a completely new home. The final product exceeds our expectations and is more beautiful than we hoped. Upon my first request for a quote through Angie's list, Chris (Dmitri and Yanni) responded within a few hours to set up a meeting time, which was the next day. He arrived on time, took measurements, listened to my hopes and dreams and came up with a kitchen and desk/work area design (he does the designing too!!) that was amazing! It was just what we wanted and we love it. He listens to what you want, and then just tweaks things to fit into reality. He doesn't change your plan or dream, it is what you want, though he will give you suggestions. We went to Dmitiri and Yanni's show room and picked out our cabinets, counters and floors. Chris even lets you bring sample items home to see how they look there. He worked with us on a scheduled start time and was spot on in his time estimate of completion (6 to 8 weeks). Work started promptly and they gutted our 40 year old home quickly. Jeff (our crew leader) was amazing. He was so personable, listened to your questions, concerns and ideas and always went above and beyond in going the extra mile. One thing that was great was he paid extra attention in keeping the work area clean when the team left for the day (as we were living in the home throughout renovation). Along the way, if we ever had any issues, questions, or just wanted things changed, we would just email Chris. He would respond right away and would have the team (Jeff and Dusty) meeting our expectations the very next day. Our team (Jeff and Dusty) did fabulous work. They are hard workers...which is just what you hope for in a renovation. In the end, the house is beautiful. The price Chris quoted is exactly what we paid. No additional costs what so ever. Chris held true to every single thing he promised us. We are SO pleased and recommend this group to anyone. I believe you should at least get a quote from them or you will be missing out. Dimitri and Yanni did an amazing job completely renovating our master bath from dust into a Tuscan Escape. Yanni and Chris (father and son) lead our wonderful team (Dustin, Jeff and Brandon) and created a beautiful master bath with great craftsmanship and willingness to meet all of our needs with pride in their work. I contracted the provider and paid a 50% deposit on December 23, 2015 of 9,647.00. The work did not start immediately and I was fine with that. Once it did start, it was a constant series of delays for one reason or another. I hired this firm because they have been in business in this area for a long time and I am fairly new to Florida. Chris seemed easy to work with. However, once the work actually began, I rarely saw him. Still, far from completed, I was asked to pay an additional amount towards the total. At that point I paid an additional 5,000.00. Chris called and requested the final payment prior to completion of the job. I declined until he was completely finished. Finally, I was so sick of the endless delays and less than professional workmanship ( I can post pictures if need be), that I paid him in full on March 3, 2016. The tile work in my shower looks terrible, the installation of the pedestal sink is a mess with no apparent solution to the problem when I mentioned I hated the way it looked. They installed baseboard in my bathroom and instead of cutting a proper opening for the toilet pipes to connect, they just let it sort of lie on top. The back splash in my kitchen almost redeemed them in my eyes until Chris pointed out that the outlets do not lie flat to the wall. The solution would have been to cut the tile before installation to allow the outlets to fit properly. The solution was not offered. To this day, March 20th, I still do not have the cabinet door to the garbage/recycling bin because when the workers went to install the handle, they drilled through to the front. Instead of ordering another door and putting it in immediately, Chris took the door and said he would repair it. I mentioned that the kitchen cabinet door do not all align properly. Chris showed me how to adjust them. Seriously? I made many compromises during this process. I bought this house because I love it, not because it is just another house to me. I very much feel like I was taken advantage of because I am not a confrontational personality. Would I hire them again....NO!!

I was not aware at the time that there would be a two week wait for the granite to be cut/installed. Chris did try to urge me to pick the granite several times. My issue was never with Chris as a person. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with. This was my first experience taking on a renovation of this magnitude on my own, and I have since learned that it is ok to speak up if you expect something to be changed. Like a true professional, Chris has been back and fixed each complaint one by one to my complete satisfaction.

"Hi this is Chris. I am sorry you feel this way about our company. When we sat in your living room for 45 minutes after the job was completed you said nothing of this sort. Lets starts going down the list: 1) When I asked you for a payment it was stated in the contract that a payment was due. It was not the final amount just the next 25% payment. 2) We had an issue with the shower floor due to a bad bag of thin set and I had the guys remove tile and install new. I know of no other complains about my tile work. 3) I took out a 24” wall vanity and installed a pedestal sink. I have no control of the pipes coming out of the wall. I said I can put sleeves on them but you said that you will take care of it. 4) I installed baseboard in your bathroom free of charge because I wanted to finish your project and 10 feet of baseboard is not a big deal to me. I have no idea about the toilet issue... you never said anything to me. 5) The back splash you picked is a glass wave that sticks in and out ½ inch. So when we centered the strip of glass it happened to fall on the outlets of your back splash. I can not cut the glass but we fixed the outlets anyways with no complaints from you. I don't understand the issue.. 6) Your cabinet door had a factory defect. When they installed the mounting hardware for the trashcan they used a big screw and it popped in the front about 1/16 inch. I took it to my warehouse, fixed it and spray painted it but to my fault I didn't realize how short on cabinet paint I was and I couldn’t finish it. I had to order more paint. I will return and install your door this week. 7) I showed you how to adjust your doors after I went through and took care of every cabinet door and made sure they were perfect. You need to know how to adjust your doors because after 5 to 8 years of use they will need minor adjustments. I always inform my customers on how to adjust cabinet doors. 8) There were some delays from your part when you did not go pick out your granite when I told you to. After they template they need at least 1.5 weeks to fabricate and install. IF you delay a week and a half extra its not on me...the fabrication clock starts ticking after you pick your slab. And I will not send a crew out to do minor touch ups for 2 hours when I can send them there for a full day after the granites are in to finish everything. Maybe that is my fault and I just need to finish all the touch ups and then wait for the granites to be installed. I will work on that. And to end this unfair review I am really hurt and disappointed that you feel this way. I though we had a good contractor/ customer relationship with no problems what so ever. I wish you would have told me right away of any issues and not ignore it so you can bash me online. I never abandoned your project and if there is still an issue I can fix it."

Chris with Dimitri and Yanni was so easy to work with. His crew was great too. The tile work in the bathroom is beautiful. Exceptional quality of workmanship. We love everything he did. The kitchen and patio are also beautiful. It's hard to decide what we love most. He put in a bathtub where there wasn't one before and completely redid the shower. He refaced the cabinets in kitchen and gave me a beautiful quartz countertop, new sink, and gorgeous backsplash. His crew for the patio was amazing. They put in 500 sq ft patio in 5 hours! I'm telling everyone who needs a contractor to call Dimitri and Yanni. Not only do they do beautiful work, but Chris makes it a totally smooth process. He's accessible and delightful to work with. I just can't brag on them enough. Definitely an A+ company!

I have been very very satisfied with them. They were on time, on budget, excellent workmanship, and I am really really happy with them. I looked through Angie's List, and I called a few companies, to see who was available and who would come to my house to give me an estimate. I chose them, and they were in the middle when it came to price, but they could do the job when I needed it. I would highly recommend them.

We live in a small house and we needed a new kitchen to add additional storage space and bring the style up to date. Also get rid of the popcorn ceiling. All went well, loved the work, and most of all my wife is very happy. It was a little hard to get hold of them as we live in Maitland and we were referred to them by my neighbor.
Demolition was a little messy but they taped tarps in all openings so the dust doesn't cover the rest of my house.
Also they provided with a great selection of cabinets, colors, types etc. They were about the same price as Home Depot.

Overall the workers did a satisfactory job. Took a long time to get done. I did not like to have to purchase separately the shower door, toilet, fixtures & light.
