Digital Rx Computer Repair

Based on glowing 5 star ratings on his Web Site, I wrote a check to Chris Bettis of Computer Rx as a down payment to order, and then replace, the battery in my wife’s laptop computer. The check was written on December 21, 2016 and then cashed on December22, 2016 at Amscot branch #192. It is now March 2, 2017, well over two months from that date. Aside from repeated promises, apologies and excuses, there is still no battery, no refund, and certainly no resolution. Therefore, I have had to take my wife’s computer to another repair house. Ironically, that company insisted on pulling the back off of the computer to determine specifically what battery was needed as they indicated that, regardless of the model and serial number, there are numerous battery options used. Therefore, it is likely that the battery Mr. Bettis said that he procured on my behalf, but never delivered and/or installed, might not have been correct. Further, I posted this statement on the Computer Rx Web Site twice but it never appeared. I think that I now know why Computer Rx has 5 Star ratings. Chris was very polite and courteous and the prices were unbeatable!! My phone calls were answered quickly and all my questions were answered very accurately!! Thanks Digital Rx Computers!! I will definitely refer to friends and family!!
