+ -1 moreMr. Davis never provided a list of tasks, due dates and cost. Never got ONE invoices, detailing work done or to be done. Subpar subcontractors had to return to "fix" jobs. Painting was not completed. Primary employee poorly supervised. Big on ideas, and creative solutions but lousy on delivery, follow-through and completion. Never provided documentation for fees. Claimed he did not keep track of the checks I wrote.
Description of Work: Expanded a powder room into a full bath/shower. Performed drywall work to "open up" den. Laid laminate flooring, painting. various handyman tasks. Design work was well-conceived.
