"I spoke with [Member Name Removed] yesterday evening to answer her questions about grout sealer. She heard from a third party that a sealer should of been added to the grout that she selected when we installed her tile. I told [Member Name Removed] that adding a sealer doesn't prevent ground in dirt and soils from feet over a period of time in primary traffic areas. This is the first I've heard about being over charged and some tiles cut wrong? However, I do remember several months after the installation, replacing a tile at no charge for her that was not chipped by my installers. Please call me for more information if needed.
