We were happy he came as quick as he did. Our LG washing machine needed a new 5 way valve. Unfortunately he did NOT connect the hot & cold hoses correctly when he was finished. When we thought we were washing in cold water it was hot, all the rinses that are normally done in cold water were HOT!! Thank goodness we were able to disconnect the hoses ourselves & reconnect them correctly.

Communication was excellent, extremely punctual, diagnosed problem within minutes of arrival. Carl really knew what he was doing, a great personality, easy to work with. Minimal charge. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of appliance repair. I am planning to put his company on our Vendors list in our community.

It went great. First was a service call to see what was wrong. I ordered the part and he came back to install. Charges were for service call to determine what was wrong + labor to install new part. Also, gave advice to us needing to install a new water valve under sink for water to refrigerator. Wonderful experience with Carl.

Carl sent one of his repair technicians to our home. He ask what the problem was and I told him that my refrigerator was no longer cooling properly and also one of the drawers was not opening fully. He grabbed the drawer, slide it back and forth a few times, then looked at me and said it does seem like it should open further. Onto the cooling issue, he stated "I can't repair this because it has no model number and serial number". He looked at me and said "SORRY"! He said it can't be fixed without the model or serial number because there is no way to order parts. I looked at him and said "are you telling me that I have a $3000 refrigerator that is now useless". Once again he looked at me and said "SORRY". He said I still need to charge you a service call of $69. He took the check headed out the door and once again told me "SORRY". So he left with my $69 and left me with a refrigerator that cannot be fixed and with a drawer that still will not open all the way. Even though the refrigerator was useless, wouldn't you think he would have at least offered to fixed my drawer so that he could say he had done something for the money - but NO. So, even though it had been out of warranty for six months I decided to call the place where I purchased the refrigerator and the lady said she would send her repair man out at 4 pm, four hours after Carls tech was there. He arrived and as he is telling me what he needs to do to fix it, he fixed my drawer that didn't open properly and then told me it would cost $165 to repair the non cooling refrigerator. He said it would take a couple days to get the parts in and then he would be back. So I called Carls Appliance and explained to Carl that this repairman said he could fix it and that he had worked on other refrigerators that didn't have the Model or SN and said its no big deal. Carl thought the guy may be trying to rip me off so he told me to watch the guy as he was making the repairs. Watch him put the new fan in and then watch closely when he is suppose to download new software. I appreciated him telling me that and so I watched very closely. Carl said if he does get it running call me back and I thought he was implying to call him back so he could make it right. A few days later the refrigerator was fixed and working perfectly, so I called Carl as he requested with no answer or no return call. What a SURPISE that was - LOL. It really was no surprise that Carl didn't offer to make it right. If I had of followed the advice of Carls tech the refrigerator would have been scrapped and I would of purchased a new one. Wow that would have been an expensive turn around. Thank God I didn't go on his techs advice. So I sent a text to Carl to let him know that I was going to publish FEEDBACK on this repair in a couple days. In other words I was giving Carl a chance to make it right or I was going to give FEEDBACK on this story. Carl sent me a message back saying the the refrigerator was either stolen or condemned by GE. Well I knew at that time Mr Carl was not going to pay. His technician had indicated where the model tag and SN is adhered to the inside of the refrigerator, I guess Carl never thought that the glue might give way and the tag just fall off, it was either stolen or condemned. Maybe I need to tell the company that I bought the refrigerator from that Carl is implying that they sold me a stolen or condemned by GE refrigerator. I might have to think about that CARL

Carl was fantastic.  He called back immediately and came the next day.  He was extremely knowledgeable and understood  that we will be updating the kitchen soon and were just looking to fix the problems as economically as possible.  I could not recommend them more highly.

First trip he thought he had fixed both the water supply and ice maker, however after he left it was apparent that the ice maker was still not working. He came back the next day and solved the problem. He did not charge anything for the second trip.

The repairman showed early. They did miss the initial appointment but called the next day and rescheduled. Both the owner and the service man had a very good attitude and were very polite and helpful.
I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again for any appliance repairs.

I called Carl's and Carl answered the phone.  Told him of problem with dryer, he asked a couple of questions, and asked me to verify something on the dryer.  He diagnosed the problem on the phone, and said he could come immediately.  When he arrived, he was correct in his assumption.  He replaced belt, verified dryer was fixed.  The whole process took less than 15 minutes.  I would definitely call him again with any appliance problems.

It took him less than 5 minutes to diganose the problem with ice maker.  He had all the proper equipment and parts with him in his truck.  He was able to resolve the issue within 45 minutes of showing up.  Overall he did a fantastic job, he was very knowlegeable and a great guy.  He showed up within 30 minutes of me calling him.  I would highly recommend using him.

Carl has repaired my fridge after two failed tries from another appliance provider. It has worked perfectly ever since. He has also repaired my dryer, water heater, microwave and washing machine. He is prompt, courteous, and educates me on the problem. He even taught me how to fix a problem on my own, because he said it will occur again. Carl has repaired my appliance ever since the failure of another provider. I will definitely continue to use Carl's Appliance Repair. I have also referred him to friends and they also were very pleased with his service.  They were going to go out and buy a new washer, however the repair was simple. Carl saved them $400.  Carl is an expert in appliance repair.
