We had a 15 year old a/c replaced when we bought our home. The first installer did not hook up all the wires during installation. When the unit failed, the second installer took the time to make it right. Then when FPL replaced the meter the unit failed again. Third time the installation Manager came and we have not had a problem since. They are reliable and punctual. We would use them again.
