We are still fighting with them to get it right. She doesn't seem to be able to, she's worked hard, she's tried, but my BMW is still in Florida and I have to go down and take it to her again. Then my wife got into an argument I guess. My wife got back last week, trying to get the convertible fixed, and the seat is still not fixed. They dyed it after they put a new leather seat in there, and the dye keeps coming off. Well they made some kind of agreement that when we come back in December, they are going to work on it again. Chrissy she was frustrated I can tell, and so was my wife cause she couldn't get it right, but she was trying. She has a great personality, and I think she did great but she had a lot of problems with it. She gets frustrated, we get frustrated. My wife is not as nice as I am so they get in arguments. I don't think she wants to work on it anymore because she put too many hours in it, and I've put in quite a bit of money too. She's never going to be able to get it right, I'm not sure. But supposedly when we go down in December we are supposed to leave it there for a few weeks. It's down there right now. Hopefully at that time she will have it right. I like her personality wise, she's got a great personality, it's just that she's got to get the job done. Well, she is the only one that will put a convertible top on a sports car in that area that I know of. It's hard to find someone to work on BMW's and she easily took the job, it's just not coming out very well so far. She's trying. I've spent a lot of money, I want to get it done. I say price is fair because parts of BMW are expensive. Responsiveness is a C. She never calls us back to us. We have to get at her all the time. I have to use her there is nobody else down there.
