WORK OF ART TILE & STONE CRTNS

When we originally purchased our tile, we hired one of the installers associated with the store. He was terrible, proving both unreliable and unskilled, though previous work of his was high quality. The *store* fully supported our firing of the installer and finding an independent installer to do the work. Mr. Greenwood of Work of Art Tile and Stone Creations was the person we hired, and he is quite simply wonderful. PROFESSIONALISM: Mr. Greenwood was always prompt and completely prepared when he arrived at our home. He worked well with the other contractors in our home (we renovated a bathroom, a kitchen, and had the entire home interior painted). He dealt with the inevitable minor delays and small repairs smoothy and quickly. He was a joy to work with. WORK QUALITY: Top notch. Every last tile was laid with care and attention to detail, whether it was in the middle of the entry way or destined to be hidden under the refrigerator. Prep work was never skimped on or skipped over. The subflooring was smooth with all cracks repaired before a single tile was replaced. Demolition proceeded quickly and as neatly as possible when you are talking about removing 20 year old tile and old carpets. The job site was cleaned completely every day. DURABILITY: I've not had a single problem in the three years since the work was performed. I highly recommend Work Of Art Tile and Stone and Mr. Greenwood, you won't be disappointed.
