I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the sales rep, Craig. The quote I was provided was at a lower cost than other quotes I obtained and the additional accessories they provided for the price were more than I was going to get from the other companies. I didn't have to haggle with therm and I got the best value for the price I paid. Joey and Braden did a great job installing the new heat pump and everything was to my complete satisfaction. I am very particular and expect quality work--that's what I got. Because I opted to delay the duct replacement to the fall when it's cooler, they reduced the installation price to accommodate my agreement to do so. I highly recommend them.
