"It is importAnt that members know Member never contacted my company to share her concerns. At the start of her service which was contracted as biweekly at her request (even though it was peak growing season), her neighbors yard was serviced by mistake. As soon as the error was realized, my crew immediately went back to service the correct property only to discover it had already been serviced by someone else. Attempts to contact Member to discuss the error and apparent alternate landscaping company were not fruitful. However since a contract was in place, Thorson Landscaping attempted to service the property on the next scheduled date only to find yet again that it appeared to have been recently serviced. Attempts were still being made to contact Member with no results. This pattern continued for two months until Thorson Landscaping had a conversation with Member neighbor who said he had been taking care of her lawn since he hadn't noticed a company doing so. Further conversation with the neighbor led to the discovery that he was taking care of the lawn during the bye weeks of the contract which explained why he had never seen the lawn care company. While we are truly sorry Member feels she was wronged, she should understand we were attempting to contact her and correct what was a small error that became huge. We understand and are sorry she had a bad experience. We did try diligently to contact her and correct our error. It should also be noted that Member was never invoiced for anything after her first initial month of service since we do not bill for work we couldn't complete.
