Spence Brothers Construction

I signed the contract on July 20, 2012 and left town. I came back to the most beautiful home on August 26, 2012. All the work was done and so perfect!
Everyone remarks about how beautiful my ceilings are now. The flooring is so beautiful. Crown molding and
painting was done to perfection standards.
The tile in the bathrooms is done in a fashion of 5 star hotels. They cut pieces to go in the soap/shampoo area to match the lines of the tile outside the same area. Just first rate work.
I have told Jerry Spence, Gary Balinsky, and Bert Marthis they can keep their sign in my yard forever. I have offered to show the house to other possible clients. I am so happy with them, they are now working on a sun room here. I laugh and say this is the never ending remodel because I keep finding things I want updated. Next project is the garage and yes, Spence Brothers will be the contractors on the job!

I do recommend them and I actually recommended them to a friend of mine. They were very good overall in terms of the quality of service and professionalism.

Had a great experience with Spence Brothers - from beginning to end. I was most impressed when he first came out to give me an estimate. Other companies sent a salesman who just pressed an advertising CD in my hand, said a few words and left to write up their estimate. Jerry brought his guy in charge of operations with him and spent a lot of time surveying and discussing the project with me. The next day, Jerry went so far as to send out some of his other crew members (roofer, etc). to check out the job - to ensure there would be no complications (hooking in to the roof, etc.). Other companies I got estimates from barely spent 15 minutes or so "chatting" with me. If that's any indication of how much time a company is willing to devote to their customer, that says a lot in my book! Communication is key for me and the owner, Jerry, was always either on site or a phone call away. A very professional organization with a professional and capable crew. Would highly recommend this company if you're looking at a remodeling job - you won't be disappointed!
