Theresa did an excellent job of helping us narrowing down our choices of colors and carpet selection. She went above and beyond by contacting the carpet distributers to find out if the carpet would be available. When she found out they could not guarantee it would be delivered when we needed it, she again spent more time helping us find another comparable brand that matched quality and color that would be available. Never did she rush us or try to sell us what we didn't want. She set us up with one of their (preferred) carpet installers who did an great job installing the carpet. The downside: they arrived every day after 9:30 AM, took 2 days and approximately 3 hours on the 3rd day to install 187 Sq yards of carpet. Even when on the last day when they assured me they would be here at 9 am, it was about 9:45 when they arrived to finish the job. while overall they did a great job, the carpet looks great, being punctual was not their strong point, however, I'm glad the job was done right.

Quality of installers for tile was excellent.  Quality of carpet installer not good.  The carpet installer damaged our new baseboards with his tool.  Our contractor repaired them, but they still look used instead of brand new.  The cost was very high for the tile and installation.  We would buy our own tile the next time and hire private installers.

The tile selection process took us several days.  The sales rep let us take tile and grout samples home and worked with us at length in the showroom to help us select tile to coordinate with the two different adjacent floor surfaces and the kitchen cabinets and countertops we wanted.  She spent a lot of time on this and helped us to get exactly what we wanted.
The installers were very late.  They failed to show one day and When I called to find out what was going on, they said they were delayed and would be here first thing the next day.  First thing the next day turned out to be late afternoon and all they did was bring their equipment so they could get a quick start the next morning. It was a two day job and the second day was a Saturday. They left for lunch and said they'd be back to clean off the haze from the grout.  Since the store was closed, I had no way to get in touch with them when they didn't return.  Not having a kitchen to work in, we were waiting for them so we could leave the house to eat out. After 3 hours, we cleaned the haze off ourselves so it wouldn't set up on the tile. When I called to tell the store this the following week they indicated that cleaning wasn't a big deal and the installers weren't supposed to do it anyway.
They were very nice and pleasant to us the whole time and I'd use them again, but I'd get some sort of assurance or an incentive in the contract for on time installation.  We were without a kitchen for an extra few weeks because we had to then reschedule the cabinet installation that followed the tile.

We were able to get a full written free estimate.  The sales
representative was very friendly, helpful and worked with us.  The
installers were prompt, did a great job in laying the floor and stair
work.  They called if they were going to be late and finished in a
timely manner. Our floors look beautiful!  We're very happy with the service we received.
