sService was available the next day after my phone call. The technician arrived within 1 hour of promised time. Completed the repair I requested, and recommended replacing another related part while he was at it. I agreed & he was finished in less than an hour. Price was about as I expected. This company is not the cheapest but may be the best value because of the quality of the work. This was not the first time I used them although it was the first time I did for a service call. Previously I had brought appliance s to their shop.

They were able to come the same day I called.  Drew diagnosed the problem and temporarily fixed it in his initial visit.  Drew answered my questions and explained the problem in detail.  He recommended replacing the tub support as well as replacing a front foot that was stripped.  Because he had most of the machine apart I asked if anything else needed to be replaced from wear and tear.  He went over all of the different parts and explained that nothing else needed to be replaced.  When Drew left he told me that he would call me later that day with a quote for the parts and the labor for the repair.  I offered to pay the service call charge when he left and he said he would get it with the repair.  Drew called me later that day and told me how much the parts and labor would be.  Drew ordered the parts and was available to install them after they came in.  The final price for parts and repair was within a few dollars of what was initially quoted and it included the service call charge.  Drew told me that if the machine had any problems in the next 30 days, including anything that was unrelated to his repair, they would come and diagnose it and not charge for the service call.

On the initial service call, the repairman explained step by step what he was doing, and how he diagnosed our issue. Although he did not have the replacement part with him that day, he told us when he would have it and return to replace it (which was just 3 days later). He returned as he said he would and replaced the part.

Seemingly higher in cost, but always responsive and very capable of fixing household appliances.

Very nice job. On time , friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even stayed on after the repair to fix a noisy dishwasher door. Excellent service!

We contacted Ripley's appliance after we found them on Angie's List. My call was answered by a friendly woman and we were given an appointment for the very next day. Scott Ripley arrived on time, was professional, and knew his trade. We are very happy with the quality of his work.

The last time I used Ripley's they worked on our stove. They replaced the controls in the oven thermostat. It works fine now. They did a good job, and cleaned up when they were done. They were quick and efficient, and I will use them again in the future.

They provided great repair work. I would use their services again if needed.

My sister has used them through her business because she is a property manager and we've used them in the past. They are locally owned. They are always reliable and show up on time.

I have been pleased with them. They are very personable. They find the problem quickly. They come in and checked it, found the problem, ordered the part, and when the part came in day or two later they put it in. They are very prompt. When they say they would be here they were here. They are very knowledgeable. I will use them again.

I refer Scott Ripley on a regular basis. I have known him for over 25 years and he does good work. I refer all my service work to him. I don't remember the exact price for the last service, but I think it was about $80. Scott has been working on appliances for over 30 years. He is an outstanding young man. He does outstanding work. He is reliable and he is a solid citizen. I wouldn't have recommended him if I hadn't used him myself. He represents me many times when he goes out. I can trust him to do a good job for me whenever I need him as my representative.
