Removed all outside siding , inside drywall, insulation and replaced any attacked framing.  Removed tile steps, carpet and outside second story deck.  Coordinated treatment by Pest control company to treat attacked area.

When I contacted Randy Wise Homes, I was not certain if they would do the type of work I needed done.  I wasn't looking for new construction or a big remodel job.  However, from the beginning the treated me as if my job was just as important as building a new home.  They sent out one of their estimator's (John) who came and talked to me about the work I needed done.  He took measurements and made sketches of the various areas.  He returned to his office to work up some ideas and a quote and came back the next day with his recommendations and estimate/contract.  He reviewed all the information with me and it was exactly what I wanted.  I signed the contract and we scheduled the work to begin the following week.

The workmen showed up on time and were very professional. They had me inspect their work as they went along and made sure I was pleased before moving on to the next task. At the end of the project, there was a little extra lumber left from the ramps, and the workmen surprised me and built me a beautiful wood mailbox post at NO EXTRA CHARGE. 

Randy Wise Homes, Inc. did an excellent job for me and at the price quoted (no surprises).  I would definitely use them for any future work I need done.  I also highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of building or remodeling work done. 

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the end product.  The Randy Wise Team (Jake, Mikie, Patti, Pell, Brandon and others) did an outstanding job.  In addition to the overall quality work, they responded promptly to any concerns/questions we had during the remodeling project, true professionals.  We would have no hesitation using their services in the future or recommending their work to others.

They do very professional work. If you ever have a problem with the work they will come out the very next day. They hire pleasant people to be around. They always give me a reasonable bid on every job.

This was a project we had planned for several years. We had done our homework, had plans drawn and got three bids. Wise was the middle bid but had the most experience and was local. They approached the project with our input at every level. An example: The fireplace faand ccedil;ade was to be re-done and was a major part of the living room. Upon inspection, it was found that the chimney/flu were not to code and to make it so would be an additional $10,000. We chose to leave it and cover it up with drywall.
There have been some problems such as the bamboo floors warping, but we are working on a solution. Generally we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Randy and Debbie Wise have an outstanding company and did a great job on our dream home. They were deeply involved from the beginning in the planning stages all the way to well past their one year warranty period ended.
They have excellent supervision on site and excellent subcontractors, both resulting in a super high quality home. They are just better at this than other builders I have had experience with. They did two homes for us and I would want only them to do the next one.
The best thing about them is their people. Randy and Debbie are great to work with and all their staff is in the same mold. In particular, one of their superintendents, Kelly, is the best.

They were excellent and easy to work with. They responded to our time frame efficiently and constraints we needed to accomplish. They did the job beautifully and we are very satisfied.
