Modern Air installed an underpowered system in our home, did sub-par repairs on it over a three year period (air leaking making the attic the coldest room in the house etc.) When we asked them to come out to consult for a re-do, they sent us an estimate that was nearly double of other contractors and when questioned about possibly doing something different, refused to come back to discuss. BAD BAD BAD. We went with another local contractor and were thrilled. Half the price and great service.

These guys are great! It's difficult to find a good honest hvac comapny and Modern Air is on point. They are smart and willing to take the time to fix a problem. Also Shane provides the best customer support!
