They left in the middle of the job. They came and gave me a price which was ok. I asked if they would bag the leaves and take them and they said yes. Then the helper started blowing the leaves down the street which was not agreed to. The owner came back and told me they would rake the rest up and pile it by the street for the city to pick up and I said no they would not pick it up it had to be in bags. He said they would and then would come back and clean up anything they did not get. So I told them I would give them the check after it was cleaned up and he said he could not wait for the check and I told him I could not pay him until it was clean. He left to get trash bags and he never came back. We had 62 bags that were bagged and he wanted to pile that amount up in the street. He told me 4 different times he was coming back and never did.
