HOLT'S AIR CONDITIONING SVC

We have been using Holt Phillips for a number of years now to keep our aging Carrier AC/Heat pump chugging along. Our first experience set the stage for the relationship -- during a heat wave while I was out-of-state the AC failed and my parents called another HVAC company. They insisted that we needed an new system at $8K+. I called Holt/Phillips for a second opinion. Keith Holt (now retired) came to the house --- said he could fix the problem for $200 -- that was six years ago and the system (with normal maintenance by the Holt/Phillips) has been working since. We are now close to needing a new system -- Holt/Phillips will be who I call.

They're excellent. I've been using them for years.

A/C had stopped working.  Tech came out and advised us there was a leak
in the coil.  Got the freon added for quick fix and found out $1800 for
new coil.  Advised us the unit was too old to put a new coil in, would
be better just to get new unit.  Advised us how to keep it working 
until money was available.  Very informative and I appreciate they
didn't advise us to spend $1800 on an old unit only to have it need to
be replaced in the near future

HOLT'S AIR CONDITIONING SVC showed up on time and checked out the A/C issue we were having. The compressor was kicking on but no air was coming out. They told us our A/C was 40 years old but they could still get the parts. They ordered them and came back the next afternoon and installed them again, right on time. Those guys at HOLT'S AIR CONDITIONING SVC are awesome. We had cool air in no time!
