Andy Hardage is licensed Home inspector in the state of Alabama & Florida. Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that they know & understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing. For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries if a buyer coming back & questioning anything regarding the property.

He was very professional! You could tell he was thorough with his job. He took his time and answered all questions. He never got aggravated and had no issue with us saying the entire time. Also gave us great insight into his findings. He was experienced and has a beneficial background in construction.

Andy was very professional, he did everything we asked and even made a second visit to the home to check on more things for us at no charge. Hes very informative, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He showed up ontime and did an excellent job. Hes answered all our phone calls when we had questions. We have used highcrest home inspection twice and recommend his company. He gets a 5 star rating . He sends you a detailed report with pictures, which is very helpful.
