The service was prompt friendly and thymes didn't try to sell me on stuff that wasn't necessary for the computer. I would like to think I know a good deal about computers but these guys are clearly the best around. Period.

Since I have the same problem after I got the computer back, I was displeased with paying $50 and having the same problem I started with. I discussed the problem with Skip and he told me he checked the memory and disk and found nothing. I gave him the process I had used as I had tried to get rid of the malware, but he could not duplicate it. I told him that when I have a problem with a vehicle and take it to the shop and they can't replicate the problem or fix it, I don't pay. Since I live 25 miles away I could not continuously take the computer back. I finally put another 4-5 hrs on the problem myself and solved it.
