It's not fixable. I had a 1000 sq ft of grass that they put in and gradually over a period of time it turned black. They charged me a lab fee. It was tritium root rot of turf grass. The service was not adequate because they put in the grass, took care of it and it turned black. They are not really offering me anything. The workers were untrained and middle age.

While the provider did a decent job meeting most of the requirement set forth in the contract, they were mowing my St Augustine grass well below the 3 inch minimum recommendation.  Due to this excessive mowing, the grass deteriorated over time.  Furthermore, recently they began failing to remove debris from the turf which resulted in heavy thatch buildup in the grass.  I contacted the company and reached the owner's wife who initially assured me that they were not cutting the grass too short and offered to send a lawn care specialist out to offer lawn care services.  Doug showed up a few days later and acknowledged that the grass was too short, but it may have been individual who was new and didn't realize they were supposed to cut it so short.  I called the company the next business day and reached the owner's wife again who refused to acknowledge that they had been cutting the grass too short.  I was considering offering them the work since the lawn fertilization and insecticide care was previously handled by another company, but I decided that this form of management would not result in a positive improvement of my lawn decided instead to end the contract.

They maintain my yard and do a good job and do not try and gouge you, I have been through several they are by far the best.

They've always made our yard look nice, we never had any issues with them, if we ever had any concerns, they would address them and correct them if necessary. They're all friendly and they do very good work.
