Excellent from my initial contact to job completion. Rick and Willie were the installers and went over and above just installing the pane. They also repaired a broken window latch. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of NW FL and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of replacement.

Ricky and his assistant did a great job. They replaced them in record time and were very friendly. He said we ordered quality windows.

Brandon (nephew of the owner) came out to give us an estimate and very patiently explained them to us and traded some unused window clips with higher used areas. And offered to order us and find these old clips! Just spent a few minutes with us and didn't charge us!!! I mean nobody does this anymore. This is a small family run business. NICE people. They are just starting window cleaning. We are definitely giving these people our business in the future!

We had three window panes that had moisture between the glass. They came out to measure and give a price quote exactly when they said they would, Friday, April 8. The tech said they'd build the replacements in the shop early the next week, and call to schedule install. They came to install when they said they would. The work took about an hour and the new panes look great.

They were fine. They called up and came. They took some measurements and brought out the right ones. They put them in and were in and out within 2 hours.

Smooth.  I made a call, they sent Ricky Bond to assess, measure, and recommend the best fixes.  Came back on July 7th with a quote.  I accepted and they came on the 14th and completed the entire installation before 1:30 PM.  Really professional and personable installers.  Zero complaints.  I'm tickled with the results AND the price.

Tuesday, March 6, we called Glass Doctor to get an estimate on repairing a broken window pane.  The estimator noticed that 2 other double paned windows had lost their gas, fogged over, and needed replacing. He gave us an estimate on repairing the 1 broken window and a separate estimate for replacing all three.  Since the estimate for replacing all 3 was slightly less than $400.00, we opted to do that.  We later scheduled the technician to come replace our windows on Monday, March 12.  There was a major rainstorm and we were afarid that the appointment might need changing.  We were wrong.  The technician came promptly in the scheduled timeframe, completed the replacements in less than an hour and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.  We were very pleased with the price and the service.)

It didn't go very well. The first man who came out to do the measurements didn't do a good job at all. When the glass arrived it fit horribly. The installer then marked the glass, took it back, recut it and delivered it a few days later. Again, it was not great. Apparently they had to cut it by hand and the curves at the ends are not perfectly oval.
