Ft Walton Pools

Crook, same feedback as another unhappy customer. Tiles falling off, cracking in skimmer. Promised to fix but then after months of no-showing said it’s out of warranty. Takes a looong time to build your pool and then doesn’t stand behind the work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This guy is a crook. Our pool has had so many problems since his crew worked on it a few years ago and getting him to finish his work is a joke. Our pool tiles that HE put in are falling off and cracking everywhere. After numerous attempts to ask him to repair his work pleading with him over several months and writing letters we finally gave up. He got his money and that all this joke of a contractor cared about. He cussed my husband out after my husband asked him to follow through and do the work he was supposed to do and hung up on him. Two local cleaning pool companies said the same thing about his work with pools they have seen him do. Although we hired him a few years back his shoddy work is falling apart. Dont hire him. Nightmare and a con man.

John Debois has good customer service skills for getting the job.  However, after getting the job, it took forever to have him complete the job.  In fact, almost 50 days later I am still waiting for my pool equipment to work properly including the heater. Yesterday his crew painted my pool deck and the guys who did the job had very foul language that was quite offensive to me when performing their work.  Today I am waiting for John to complete the work and get my pool fully functioning.  The pool itself and the pool deck look great.  Now, if it will only work it will be that much better so I can go swimming !

Excellent! After working with people for a while, you can ALWAYS come up with something negative. That is not the case here. I found absolutely nothing negative. Work was excellent, owner was excellent, workers were excellent. I would hire them tommorow without ever even getting an estimate from anyone else.

Professional and they return your calls and they are always on time. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.
