+ -1 moreKevin and crew have done a fine job for us. He keeps in touch via text and email. Job estimates have only changed when we're added to or taken away. His guys clean up afterwards and we don't return to our vacation home with a mess to clean up. Update: Outdoor kitchen turned out AWESOME!
Description of Work: The principle of CK Builders is Kevin Tingle. We found him through a referral by our realtor when some to-do's came up at closing on our property purchase. We continued that into some maintenance items involving electrical, plumbing, garage door replacement and drywall repair. Our latest project with Kevin is an outdoor kitchen where he's even accomodating my use of heavier gauge galvanized framing. Our needs may not be typical. Our property isn't used to generate rental income so our schedule isn't pressing and Kevin's able to work our little to-do's in between his other real jobs.

Description of Work: Located & repaired damage caused by a leak from a 3rd floor balcony. Removed siding for repair and then replaced with new materials. Repaired sheet rock on interior and repainted.
