I had used Carter's before. I called him Sunday, he answered immediately and stated he'd be out to look at my A/C. It was determined that I need a new unit. He was prompt, polite, and very courteous. Great follow up with everything.

It went great! I had the unit set to 60 initially to dehumidify the house. I had to sleep under covers it was so nice for a change.
