"The tenants are provided a property condition report when they signed their lease and have five business days to ensure that any property discrepancies are noted. Our agent went out to the property to review the report with the tenant and a few minor things were added to the existing report to protect the tenant’s security deposit against claims at move out. Carriage Hills Realty makes every effort to resolve the issues as quickly as possible depending on the responsiveness of the owner and tenant. The [member name removed]’s made requests for painting and putting up a barrier around the pool. A ny requests for changing décor or adding to the structure must be approved by the owner. These took time to forward the request to the owner, discuss it with the owner, and coordinate requests after the owner of the property made their decision. In this case the owner allowed the painting and gave the tenant permission to put the barrier around the pool as long as the tenant took up the pool barrier and repaired any holes in the concrete after removal of such barrier."
