I was skeptical, but young Blake is professional, on time and enthusiastic about sod maintenance. When I had a stubborn sod problem , he came out and sprayed again. And he's kept on top of it since. My lawn has never looked better.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the price below is per month on a yearly contract.

They service every six months. It takes them a couple of hours to complete the service. They check the traps and they also check the wood on the outside of the house, as well as other things just in case something might have gotten passed. It's a thorough inspection.

Tim calls me and makes sure my rental is available and checks which dates are good then goes out and checks the place.  Never had any trouble and customer service is top notch.

I was contacted quickly and an inspection was scheduled.  The quote was prompt and thorough and the treatment options were explained in detail.  Unfortunately something came up and I will not be able to hire Bryan pest but I do plan on revisiting business with them in the next year.  A definite recommend!

Our technician calls ahead to schedule the time. He shows up on time, sprays everywhere and even pays extra attention to the external storage shed that attracts palmetto bugs and huge roaches. Pleasant, friendly, and responsive. Couldn't ask for more.

The lawn treatment is done monthly and I am always called the day before by Jason to confirm that he will be there. and the approx time. He is very helpful, explains what he is doing, answers my questions and helped with a severe problem I had in my back yard. I have used Bryan Pest for about a year and would recommend them to anyone. The cost is reasonable.

We have to give Michael, the on-site treatment person, an A. He is very professional. The D is for the office staff. Being a renter, we discovered fleas had moved in before we did! The landlord contracted with Bryan Pest Control for treatment. The office personnel told the landlord they had communicated with us about payment when in fact we never discussed anything other than scheduling with them. Moving is stressful......dealing with fleas is difficult......and the added drama from Bryan Pest Control's office staff convinced us not to use their services.
