We visited the store and were very well informed of our options, carpet choices. Great customer service. They know a lot about carpet and that the business is local was a plus. We got an immediate rough estimate right away and people came and measured just a day later to get the exact estimate. It was installed within days afterwards. The installation only took four hours. We are so very pleased with the result. I called afterwards to get cleaning instructions in case we spilled something and they really took their time every time they spoke with us. What a service! The result is amazing.
