A Team Kitchen & Bath

A Team started on the day agreed to. There was a unplanned issue during demo but Kevin was able to reschedule contractors to get the job completed in a timely manner. We live out of town from where the job was so pictures were sent regularly to keep us posted on the progress. Great group to work with!

The job went flawlessly. I am a contractor and have used A Team in the past for houses I have constructed. Thus I knew the quality of workmanship. I removed the old shower and prepared the shower area for the new walls. A Team estimator, Kevin, arrived on the appointed date and time when we discussed what we wanted. An email was sent with the proposal and price that was very fair. The original shower was 9 years old and had a crack in the seat. Due to an upcoming surgery, we wanted to finish this ASAP. By agreement, the shower pan was delivered 2 days earlier than originally agreed to. The two employees set the pan for me even though it was not their job. I finished the wall prep and called Jason, the plant manager to let him know I was prepared for the installers to set the walls. Jason went out of his way to have the walls installed four days early! The installers arrived on time, they set up their cutting area outside. The panels were fitted and installed accurately. The two men were very polite, and well groomed. We are non smokers and really appreciated the fact that the installer didn't smoke. As the work was being done, the trash and junk was kept in a large trash bag. We had no clean up when they left. The shower is beautiful! Please see the picture.

It went great. I wish all the contractors I had to deal with were this good. They came in when scheduled, did the installation and when complete asked me to inspect it. The A team had a plumbing company come in and take care of all the connections. They even came back and solved a problem that was not related to anything that they did. Alex and the installers were a pleasure to work with. I recommend anyone who is remodeling a Bath room to call the A team.

Initially provided options for remodeling our conversion of 2 small baths into 1.  Marble products are excellent  and cabinets are quality items.  Workers were very courteous and helpful, took pride in their work and always let us know when they were coming.  Overall a very positive experience. Kevin Reeves was helpful and easy to work with.

Kitchen renovation is not a casual decision. Finding the right company for the project is not an easy task. After 18+ months of research and interviewing four different contractors, I decided "ATeam Kitchen and Bath" of Crestview, FL was the one for the job. They provided me with 3D drawings showing elevations of the project. This was very helpful in my being able to visualize the final outcome.
I could not be more pleased with the process... from the initial meeting to the final touch-up. Each person from the company was polite, professional and skilled in their own specialty. 
Nothing about the renovation, even with the un-level floors, un-square corners, unusual 1940's wooden walls seemed to be a problem for this team.
My desire, for my vintage beach house was to have a new, modern kitchen that didn't look like just a new modern kitchen-but a kitchen that was complimented/tied into the rest of the house with vintage trim and accents.
This was cleverly and beautifully accomplished by ATEAM using thoughtful imagination, re-purposed wood from the house and new wood, when necessary, that was skillfully made to look like vintage wood....awesome!

A-Team was a great experience! Their responsiveness was outstanding, I was always able to get a hold of them, or they returned my call quickly. Also, I felt like they really listened to what I wanted. At first we were just going to do a simple upgrade to our outdated kitchen but the project quickly grew to a full kitchen remodel. Wendy and Aaron were fabulous and very accommodating. I think we changed plans on what we wanted at least 3 times, each time they would drive out and retake the measurements. I had had a few other estimates and a couple of the other contractors were pushy and wanted us to spend more money then we wanted. Aaron and Wendy listened to what we wanted and were willing to make it happen. We started with a conservative budget and there was no pressure from them to spend more then we wanted. Then we decided to go for the full remodel, and once again, it was all about what we wanted to do and how they could make that happen for us. Aaron is very knowledgeable in the industry and has connections to the right people to get the job done.

Their friendliness stood out to me. As they were going upstairs, they noticed that the bulb was burned out. I couldn't reach it but the gentleman was helpful enough to replace the light bulb. They were reasonable with their pricing. There were nails sticking out so I requested them to take care of it and they went through all the corners to make sure there were no more exposed nails. They were very conscientious about their work. We had minor communication issues, like "after lunch" would mean "immediately after lunch" to me but it would mean "in the afternoon" to them. We had a problem with one of the cabinets so we had to re-order and the owner was always keeping me updated as to what was going on. He would even stop by the house to see how the project was going. He’s a very personable man. I've recommended them to my friends.

We have several new projects in the planning stage and I'm looking forward to working with the A Team!!!

Complete remodel of bathroom. Very satisfied with product and workmanship. Will use them to remodel kitchen.

We did some of the work ourselves and arranged for the drywall repair and surfacing of the walls and ceiling. They suggested Flooring America out of Crestview for our flooring. Everything went relatively well with few problems. Everyone was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Kevin was professional , prompt, and the job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up before leaving.

My project went very well. 
Kevin is very professional and I can truly say he does put his customers first.  He was very prompt in answering phone calls/texts/emails and following up with me.  He's very flexible on how you want to communicate and I used all three methods depending on the time of day, my travel schedule and the sense of urgency etc.  I have also dealt with his support staff in scheduling and billing and they are all equally nice and professional. 
Initially I dealt with Kevin himself to look at the job.  He came out and met with us and was very patient explaining all our different options.  We actually needed him to reprice several different options and he was happy to oblige and the estimates were received in a prompt manner.  During the process Kevin had to come out to the job  a couple of different times.  Once as we were still planning and once after install.   He did this without hesitation. 
A Team's  installers were awesome.  They called a few days ahead to confirm the install time.  Additionally, they had to work around a few things on site that were unique.  They were able to do that and the finished cabinets look great. 
Any remodel has hiccups.  Surprises always crop up in remodeling jobs - it just comes with the territory.  In all cases, Kevin and his team were available to answer questions and help us work through issues.  Post instal service has been great too.  On a couple of occasions now they have came back and touched up/repaired issues to our satisfaction. 
In summary, I think Kevin has a good product and fantastic service.  He's not the cheapest, but trust me, there are enough surprises in a remodel job.  The cabinets are something you need to leave to the professionals.  The last thing you want is to realize you calculated incorrectly and now your granite won't fit :)

A Team Kitchen and Bath took out 70's cabinet, made a pass through from kitchen to sitting room.  reconfigured the lighting and the complete layout design.  Moved the stove from one wall to another, taking down old traditional ceiling lighting, to lighting that was designed to modern lighting with under the cabinet lighting that shows off the beautiful granite countertops.
This team was above all the best around from start to finish.  Always calling before coming to let me know the name of the team member that was coming and what time they would be here.  This team was aware of the concerns of this day and age of security and safety and I appreciated the added security they offered.  This team finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule finish deadline, along with recheck on the follow up of how I was liking the finished product.  This team was very concern with perfection and the end results with even replacing a door that was slightly ever so dinged from the factory and reordered and replaced it with a two week turn around.  Their perfectionist eye was held to a HIGH stand and stood behind their products they offered along with their workmanship.  I would use this company again and refer and HAS referred to others in my community.  Above all every team member in this company took great care and ownership to this job and WOW how refreshing was that!  THANKS A TEAM KITCHEN AND BATH!!  for the design, the electrical work, the craftmanship and above all the Care you provide.

We called several companies and had them come and review problems we had with our kitchen cabinets due to horrible installation from another  person.  A Team impressed us with both their knowledge and willingness  to take on the situation so we had them perform the fix.  Ricky was right on time and worked quickly and did a fabulous job fixing what we thought was a lost cause.  When he left they looked great!  We will use them again as I have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had during our long months of remodel.  I only wishwe would have found them sooner!

Our neighbor did not replace his water heater in a timely manner and it burst, causing significant water damage to his condo and eight others.  We had to act quickly to minimize the damage and flew to Florida over the Thanksgiving weekened.  We met with Mr. Kevin Reeves of the A- Team and hired him to do the remodel.  We were pleased with the efficiency of his proposal and the  multiple options included.  In less than amonth, he had our cabinets delivered and installed.  He also helped me with the granite selection and advised me in the selection of all items.  The countertops are pretty spectacular and his crew obviously takes pride in their work.  His electrician worked very hard to change out the wiring so he could install new pendant lighting in the kitchen and new lighting in the bathrooms.  The crown moulding and new baseboards are fabulous.  We are very pleased with the work done for us by the A-Team.

Extremely pleased with my new kitchen.  Love it!  My 22 year old kitchen was desparetely in need of a makeover. These guys were great to work with.  They had great ideas on a more efficient  layout as well as numerous cabinet styles and countertops to choose from.  From tear out of the old cabinets to completion, the guys kept things cleaned up, were courteous and were easy to work with as far as scheduling. The price was right in line with other competitors, but I'm sure the service and the quality of work was well beyond any others.

A Team Kitchen and Bath was chosen after getting three quotes from local businesses.  I chose them on price as well as their staff.  I used this company for a full Kitchen remodel in January 2011.  They were so great to work with then, I knew I had to get a quote from them when it came around to do our bathroom remodel!  Everyone was very professional and understanding even when I asked them to change something from my original idea. 
Next week, they are also coming in to put new cabinetry in my hallway.
