They were absolutely terrific. The price was reasonable, and he was very thorough. He explained all my options. He gave me a price and finished the repairs very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Called Jeff and he said he would be able to come by in 30 minutes. He realized Ben was working in our subdivision and Jeff sent him over because he could get there earlier. Ben quickly located the source of the sewer gas odor and had that resolved in a couple of minutes. However we noticed there was another odor after the sewer gas item was resolved Ben said it was probably a small dead animal under the house. He said "we don't do bugs or animals", but, he might be able to help us locate the source. He spent a few minutes and told me that the odor was coming from the crawl space at the rear of the house. He suspected it was something very small and gave me a few tips on how to handle the situation. I was able to clear out the odor and all was well. I guarantee that we will always call these gentlemen if we have any future needs for repairs and upgrades. They understand the meaning of service, are extremely responsive, professional and thorough,. knowledgeable and personable. They don't just fix things they provide a solution by helping you learn to avoid problems in the future.. .

Jeff is excellent ! He is very knowledgeable and professional. He truly cares about his work. He went above and beyond in making sure this leak did not happen again. (A different plumber supposedly "repaired" this same leak only 2 months ago.) Jeff called when 30 minutes out. He wore a mask and covered his shoes with booties.....and.... he brought a blanket for his tools.....to cover the workspace so he didn't dirty our floors. We liked everything about Jeff !! We only wish we had found Butler Plumbing Service sooner !!

Very professional and prompt. He called within 15 minutes of receiving my request for work. arrived 3 hours later. Job was done in 30 minutes. during this pandemic time he arrive with full PPE. Price was a little steep for 30 minutes work but happy it is fixed.

Butler Plumbing was excellent! We had another plumber come out (from the home warranty company) and he told us he repair would not be covered but that he could do it for $400 and he was going to have to out a 12x12 hole in our stucco, which would also have to be repaired but that he would not repair it. I called Butler to get a second opinion and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up replacing the hosebib for $180 and only had to make a small hole in the stucco which he also patched up for us. I would definitely recommend them and we would hire them again,

Terrific. Jeff came out and spoke with my husband regarding the issue we were having and he gave us prices depending on what he might have to do. He snaked our drain/sewer outside and found that a root from our oak tree had penetrated the pipe and was growing inside and causing everything to backup. He removed the root and unclogged everything. He was very professional and provided some ways for my husband to repair our drain so we could save money in the future. We will definitely use him again if the need arises. Thank you Jeff!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Butler Plumbing. Phil, the guy who did the work way very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable about his work. He was very meticulus in the way he did his work, and the final result was reflective of such a high work standard. The price quoted was the price paid by me and I thought it was very fair for the work performed. Butler Plumbing was on time and courteous at all time. I will recommend this company to all of my friends when they need a plumber they can count on to do a good job at a fair price.

The job was performed in the amount of time they stated. There was three workmen, that worked from the time they arrived till the job was finished. They all did a wonderful job, no complaints. The price was as quoted. I did get upset for a couple of minutes because I did not realize the hole needed to do the job properly would be as large as it was for installing the utility sink. Totally my fault for not getting details on the size of the hole. I was told they would have to make a hole before hand. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest, reasonable priced, nice professional workers and a job done very well. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Awesome! Mr. Butler explained what he would need to do and the cost. He was prompt and his work was excellent. He fixed a plumbing mess left by another company and helped us out. We will definitely use Butler Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

It went great. We contacted about 10 plumbers and everyone had a problem even giving us a rough estimate of cost for a pretty simple project for which we even included pictures.... except Butler Plumbing. They were great. Responded to our message saying they will call us and they did and provided us an estimate of cost to repair and cost to replace and we hired them immediately. They are HONEST and straight forward and professional and reasonably priced. Next time we need a plumber I can tell you with certainty I will call Butler Plumbing AGAIN.

We hired then for the two projects and everything went even better than expected. They were very professional from start to finish. They educated us on how all worked and replaced only what needed to be replaced. What a joy to have found a plumber that is honest and diligent. I would hire him again without question.

Our problem was water backing up into the tub in one bathroom and the shower in the other; toilets also would not flush. Jeff was very prompt and explained what he thought the problem was on the phone even before he arrived. His analysis was spot-on. He took care of the problem and explained what we should do if it happened in the future.

I noticed that I had a leaking outdoor faucet on a Saturday afternoon about 2 pm. I called Butler Plumbing Services and Jeff was at my house within 35 minutes. It went great. It was Saturday evening and we had a busted pipe and needed it fixed. It was after hours and Jeff from Butler Plumbing Service came out and told us what needed to be done and exactly what he was going to do. He had the issue fixed within no time and we had running water back in our house. I will be calling Butler Plumbing Service if I have anymore issues in the future. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Absolutely perfect install. Jeff and Phil were right on time..removed the old sink, then Phil installed the new one quickly and beautifully. Overnight I found a small area causing seepage and after I sent a text to Jeff, Phil came over within 90 minutes and immediately identified the issue and took care of it. I most certainly will recommend this company to anyone who asks. They will be back here when we are ready to redo our bathrooms.

The plumber they sent out, Phil, did an excellent job. Really first class. On time and on budget (quote). I will absolutely recommend and hire again.

My plumbing issue began on a Saturday morning. I immediately started calling several plumbing services without success of even getting my call answered. I continued calling and found one company who did come out to see what the problem was. Ultimately they told me I would need to have my house repiped in order to fix the issue at a cost of almost $ 8000.00 not including rebuilding the walls and painting them once the repiping was done. The evaluation cost was over $300.00. I thanked them and advised I needed to get other estimates before making a decision. I got two other estimates one of which was Butler Plumbing. Jeff came right out did a very thorough evaluation and determined I did not need to have the house repiped but just needed to have the pipes flushed and my softener replaced. He immediately proceeded to flush the sediment blocking the water from going through the pipes and presto everything was working better than before. Jeff is very knowledge in his field, very honest and did an outstanding job!!!! He made sure everything was clean and orderly when he was done and he saved me from agreeing to a project I really did not need. Jeff is the type of contractor every wants and needs to hire. His honesty is tops and he thoroughly explains what the job will entail and gives you an estimate of cost that is based on the type and amount of work your project will require. I will definitely continue to call Butler plumbing for all plumbing issues that come up in the future. I will also let my neighbors, family and friends know of the outstanding job he did and Butler Plumbing is where they should go to for plumbing issues. Thank You Jeff!!!

Ben Butler arrived promptly, did a minor rebuild of the toilet, checked and cleared basin drains, patiently answered all of our questions like water pressure, etc. and cleaned up.

The company was prompt with scheduling and arriving, knowledgeable about what was wrong, and did a wonderful job!

As soon as the first plumber arrived, he immediately took a phone call and said he had to leave and get someone else to come out. We waited for awhile ( a few hours from what I remember) until the second guy showed up. He installed the faucet. It started leaking the next day from the base of the sprayer handle, which I don't really think was his fault. Luckily it stopped leaking shortly thereafter. The main thing I was disappointed with was that he went ahead and took my original faucet I had in my kitchen sink with him without telling me. He arranged the items back into the bottom of my sink when he was done, and I thought that he put the old faucet (it was a basic faucet but only 2 months old) in a box down in the sink. I cleaned out under the sink a few months later to put things up in the attic for storage and discovered it was gone. Like I said, it was a basic faucet, but in excellent condition after only 2 months of use. I know that he will go ahead and sell it out of his van or use it as a backup faucet if someone needs one. Anyway, it wasn't his to take and I thought it was extremely tacky that he went ahead and helped himself to it. I'm a boat mechanic and you never throw someone's old parts away or take them unless you clear it with them first. Some people like to see how things wear or that they actually needed the new replacement part. It was a basic $25 faucet but it still wasn't his to take... I provided the new faucet so he should have left the old one here. Plus the first guy showing up and immediately leaving turned us off too. Whatever. I won't hire these guys again.
