Steve came in May to do update, tune-up, and fix glitches and balky bits. My note on the back of his card says: "didn't try to sell me anything!" I can't remember the price but it was less than $60.
Last night he came and spent a little less than an hour, charged $30!
I've had previous unfortunate experiences with computer support - talking lots of gobbledy--g***, telling me I need to buy some expensive software (from them), and one wanted me to pay him under the table to cheat his company.,
Steve is GREAT! I feel complete confidence, though I think his prices are ridiculously low.
