They are TERRIBLE! Caused more damage and repaired nothing. Would not respond to any of my emails, calls, etc. Just continued to send invoices each month. Finally after a year of sending the invoices and ignoring my replies, they just stopped sending emails. Then a year later, they sent invoices again. They have no customer service and can't even do the work correctly. I would not recommend using them for anything, EVER.

I had them replace my old water heater and fix some leaks in the bathroom. I had called around to a bunch of places and couldn't find anyone, but Tyler Plumbing was able to get someone out that day. Dan was very friendly, professional and showed up when he said he would. They went above and beyond and even gave me some advice on some plumbing updates I'm considering. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Very responsive. You call and he's back with you within 3-4 hrs and arrives on-site within 24 hrs depending on the situation. Good follow-up and service. I haven't ran into any issues with them after work is completed.

He does good work- shows up when he says he is going to and does what he is supposed to. I haven't had any problems since he installed it.
