I called Toby at approx 4pm and he immediately returned my phone call. I explained that I had a ten acre property and due to recent heavy rains, exterior home construction etc, that my lawn and cross-fenced pastures had grown beyond the capability of our tractors. I explained that since it was now time to paint the exterior of our home, I was in a time rush. Toby said that he had had a cancellation and offered to immediately come out to my property and see what he could get done right away. Upon arrival, Toby walked the entire property, and said that he could immediately mow almost the entire 5 acres easily accessible without a problem and even offered to clear the banks of my pond of dozens of 4-5 foot scrub trees and bushes. I did not even know that could be done with a tractor! He went right to work, mowed and cross mowed the entire property so that the overgrown grass was spread evenly and would prevent killing the grass underneath. He did all this in less than 2 hours, before sundown, and made the yard around my house look like I had cut it with my garden tractor! He then said he could come back in the next day or two, and cut down 3 trees and stump grind them, then fill and level the ground. He is a landowners dream! Toby is my only choice for my rural property. He was kind, polite, and took pride in his work. He was also careful and knowledgeable of the area around my well and septic system.
