I told the contractor beforehand that I had to leave without a full inspection and that I was going to submit a report to Angie's List either condemning or praising them. The un-removed dead limbs took me several days of additional work. Many of the cuts were not sealed. What appeared on the estimate was not what I found afterwards. It certainly fell short of the walk through saying what was to be done.
