Absolutely pitiful Bahia sod.. Well over half went into the garbage as TOTAL crap. Totally overpriced and very poor delivery. Sula Sod is a JOKE !!! Will NEVER use them ever again. Buyer Beware !!

Nice company to work with. I am very pleased with my new lawn! Audrey in the office is efficient. Glenn was patient and answered all my questions. Crew Chief Chad was timely and treated his crew well. Everyone was respectful. The lawn is going to be beautiful once it settles in. Pricing was fair and final bill was less than originally estimated because we opted to do a little preparation work ourselves and found a more efficient delivery access point.

Sula Sod was BY FAR the best priced sod in Volusia County and I was overjoyed with the product I received. Glen came when he said he would and his crew was completely done within 5 hours. I will definitely use Sula Sod again. In the future, however, I will remember that getting Glen to call me back was difficult, but he apparently has everything organized in his head, so I didn't need to worry.

We had a pool installed this fall and we needed sod where the equipment had torn up the yard. We have St. Augustine grass and needed to replace what had been damaged when they installed the pool. We contacted Glenn (Sula Sod) last week and he gave us a great price for what we needed. He owns the company and we always worked directly with him. He was very personable and professional each time we spoke to him. We asked if we could come look at the sod before we committed to purchase and he was more than happy to show us. We met him at the field where our sod would come from. The quality of the sod was great. We looked at the sod Tuesday and he installed it today, Thursday. He called before he left the field and let us know that he was on his way. He has several great employees. They went above and beyond what was expected. We had an area behind the house that we hadn't intended on doing but there was some sod left over and they installed it there as well. We would definitely recommend Glenn and his crew. The yard looks great. We are very happy. It's nice to work with good people that do what they say they will do. We would definitely use them again.

I called around for a quote on Bahia sod. Sula Sod's bid came in a 1/2
the cost of everyone else. I thought I had struck quite a deal. I
arranged for the delivery and when it came I was immediately wary. It
looked caked with weeds, but I was told by the guy who delivered it that
it was just two different kinds of Bahia; that there was some weeds but
it would all and quot;even outand quot; (whatever that means). I know nothing about
grass, and I was fooled in to taking this horrible grass. It's been six
months and the yard is half weeds, half Bahia. Heron lawn service (who
is excellent) have done what they could to kill the weeds, but the
Heron representative was less than impressed with the sod. He even
stated that it wasn't the right kind of Bahia for lawns. It was a big
waste of money, and I should have known better. You do get what you pay
for. I was fooled in to taking their horrible sod and now I'm stuck
with it. I suggested to Heron that I may want to kill it and start over
again. He agreed. I have big brown spots in the yard where the
existing weeds have been killed, and green spots where there is Bahia
grass. It still looks awful. Stay away from Sula Sod of New Smyrna.
