 + -1 moreI was in the market for a property manager to manage one of my apartment buildings. I contacted Sentry Management during business hours and the call wen to voicemail. I left a detailed message with my contact information and never received a call back. From the view of an investment property owner it's already a bad sign when a property manager doesn't answer the phone during business hours, although I do understand being on the other line, or driving, or working something else at the moment the call was received. Not immediately calling back, however, indicates a lack of concern for your customers and even the tenants which is simply bad for business. I didn't even need an interview to know this company wasn't what I was looking for.
Description of Work: Actually it's about what they didn't do, which was return my call. Clearly too busy for me to do business with them.
