Kelsey and Regina were wonderful. They were kind, patient, and understanding to me as a first-time home buyer. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns. Without hesitation I would recommend Regina and Kelsey to anyone who is looking for a home in the New Smyrna/Edgewater area.

She was very nice. My house is not quite ready for sale yet but she told me things that I needed to do to get it ready for sale. I liked that fact that she was quite honest and told me what to do and suggested some house cleaning services and various other things but right now until the house is ready to sell, I will probably use her as my agent. Since I was a realtor in New England, she is charging 5% instead of 6%.

I am in the process of buying a new home in New Smyrna Beach FL. She has been just wonderful. She's shown me close to 20 homes and continues to have a smile on her face. We have finally found the perfect home and are going through the final closing processes.
