The price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. Odyssey worked without supervision as we were not able to be in Florida at the time of demolition and construction but the work was completed as planned. Condominium management have been happy with his work in the building. We expect to hire Odyssey for our next project.

I researched Odyssay Home Repair before I hired them. They are what I would expect from a highly rated company. Promptness, courteous professional, & most importantly quality craftsmanship (a lost art in Central Florida). Shannon's crew was meticulous. I see why this company relies on past clients as the best source of new business. My family, friends, and neighbors are well aware about Odyssey Home Repair. Did I mention they are reasonable priced!

Shannon, the owner, was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable with the projects we wanted to do. Very helpful with walking me through the materials I needed to get and very accommodating with the time frame in which we needed the work done. The work was top notch and they kept the area clean and organized. Shannon was prompt and went above and beyond! He totally exceeded my expectations! I have future projects this year and will definitely use him again! On a personal note, he even let my 4 year old be his "assistant" when he was fixing some of my outlets!

DON'T believe everything you read! We hired Odyssey/Shannon to install new tile in a 4x6’ shower floor because of their excellent reviews on Home Advisor. The results were no better than that of an inexperienced DIYer. We used river rock tile squares and he claimed to have experience with it. It quickly became apparent that that was not the case. 1st there was entirely too much thin set used and it should have been white. 2nd, to hide the poor installation he talked us into using a much darker grout than originally planned. They failed to protect the white grout on the wall tile and ran the darker grout up the line. There was absolutely no time or care taken in the corners, instead of working pieces into the corner they threw a hand full of grout in the corners and called it finished! To make matters worse the stone was not cleaned/cleared of grout residue before applying the sealer, completely changing the appearance of the stone. They also replaced the ledge needed to install a new glass enclosure. Well, , they marked the needed cuts with indelible ink and used sandpaper to erase the ink, ruining the shine of the polished marble. The same tactic was used on the exposed cut edges which were initially left sharp enough to cut skin. The drain screen was reused rather than spend $10 on a new one. We are extremely disappointed in the work & outcome! My vacation will be spent tearing out the poor work, and finding a professional to do the replacement, all at my expense of course. Odyssey will get nowhere near our planned cabinet replacement.

Shannon showed up when he said he would, was professional and courteous, completed the job quickly for the price he quoted and cleaned up after the work. The tile work looks great! I wish the grout color would have been a bit lighter as it is slightly darker than the existing grout , but maybe I should have picked that out myself, which I would recommend to do and will do next time- I intend to hire Shannon again, am overall very pleased!

I could not complete the fence project right now because it was cost prohibitive until my tax return comes in. Shannon gave me many other colutions one which he did install a zip line which we are very happy with until February or Mrch when we we be able to install the fence. He ahs been very cooperative and understanding as to what I need for my Boxer and what the landlord needs and requires in order for me to be able to complete this project.
