When we wanted to extend the 1 year lease until the purchase of our house was completed, there was no difficulty. The agreement proposed by Ocean Properties regarding a partial last month were very fair from the start, no need to haggle! Well done!

The shower pan in one bathroom developed a leak. It was repaired quickly and in line with our schedule. Very little disruption for us considering the nature of the repair.
