Poor Workmanship, Did not seam to know his craft like we were led to believe, or, didn't care how it came out as long as it was finished in the shortest time possible. Did not complete project: He never came back to finish the job; put last coat of paint on the porch after the first coat had dried. Did not take constructive criticism well. Never came back to see if we were happy or had any questions, or, as I said, finish the job. The saddest part is, he lives right across the street. If he were to make an attempt to come back and fix his mistakes and finish the job, I would be happy to update my review more favorably. When he first came by for the initial consultation, he was very nice and seamed to know his trade given the years of experience he said he had. He gave us an estimate and stuck to it, not trying to up the cost any further. However, When I noticed a few things that didn't look right, or good (obvious mistakes in his workmanship), he didn't seam to appreciate it and continued to finish the job without trying to do his work any better. At one point, when I brought up what looked like a mistake, or at least to me, didn't look good, he said, "Well, it's only a back porch." But it was my back porch and I still wanted it to look good. which it unfortunately does not...
