Mr. Lutz, Sr. and his two sons came to replace two shower valves that were giving me problems. The handles were very hard to turn and would not seal fully. It turns out that the previous person who worked on the shower (this house was a flip) used 3 different manufacturers parts and threw them all together (sorta like I cook - just throw all the ingredients together and pray for the best). There were a few moments where we thought perhaps the only fix might be to tear out all the tub surround tiling (again, being a flip, the previous owner put new tile right over existing tile); however, after some elbow grease and lots of knowledge, the  Lutz Plumbers corrected everything! I couldn't have been happier. They also did this on the day before Thanksgiving. I feel very fortunate to live in an area with such expert tradesmen. I couldn't praise them more highly.

My existing Hot Water Tank started leaking and I needed to get it replaced immediately
I called several local plumbers and Lutz were the only ones who were willing and able to come out the next day
They also discussed the pros and cons of various makes and sizes of Boiler before we agreed on the work
Everything was installed and old equipment removed in a very professional manner

The Lutz family have been in business for many years. They are a family business and are the best plumbers around. It is not always easy to schedule work because they are so busy and do take emergencies first. Well worth waiting for !

Since this was some time ago, I can't remember the exact amount of the charge, but it was very reasonable(I had a new faucett I had purchased previously and Lutz used that new faucett I had previously purchased on this installation.
I think this company is fair, honest, and does very good work.
I would recommend them.

The work cost me $700. He was very honest and very patient. He did extra trips to do my work, which was very nice. I thought his price was reasonable. He came out the very next day after I had called him. I would use his services again in the future.

They communicated with us within a reasonable length of time, evaluated the situation, and we scheduled a repair time. The work was done when promised and they also found additional items that needed repair. Their final charge was not much higher from the original estimate, even though they did a few extra things. The cost seemed in line with what we had expected based on our own price-checking. We were impressed with their knowledge and their honesty. We would definitely call them again. No communication problems here! If they would happen to take a while to call someone back, it might be because they are so much in demand.
