They were very friendly and went into great detail how their product and service and various specialized workers would be able to solve our leak problem. They showed up as scheduled and were generally easy to reach when we had questions. They worked around our schedule well, but once we realized the end result was a complete failure, they would not communicate with them. (We failed to pursue them because we are too busy all the time)
