they were unable to We worked with Knapp Brothers for over a year trying to get out home interior completely painted. Don Knapp was very nice to work with, but he continued to delay the starting date. A few days before they were scheduled to start, we were told that they would be unable to perform the work because of a scheduling conflict, but they had arranged for another to do the work. Initially we were disappointed with this arrangement, but as it turned out the back up painter (Jeff Scarborough) did an excellent job and was terrific to work with. The next time we have painting to do we'll call Jeff Scarborough.
Knapp brothers have an excellent reputation and I have no reason to think otherwise, but delay after delay was very frustrating for us.

Supplied complete estimate. Started when expected and finished on time. Great attitude. Explained in full necessary repairs and work. Did a super job!
