Indian River Glass installed my sliding glass doors with a broken roller, after removing old doors. Doors were installed with a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap at top and we’re boot functional. Installers said they would fix doors right away, one month later, after calling daily, they sent a Quality Inspector out to look at doors. He agreed they were broken, installed incorrectly, and probably would not pass permit inspection. He said he would get some out to “make it right” right away. Have not heard from them since. Leaving message with sale organization- Florida Doors and Windows. But no response. The sales pitch was that the doors retail value was $12 - $15 k each, with I quickly debated by sales man said that’s just the MSRP price and the value, we can sale and install the doors for $5k a piece. Sales guy doing quote, provided brochure and marketing material of high end impact resistant doors. Don’t believe the cost or the value are anywhere near the marketing material. I would strongly suggest you see the actual doors and take pictures of them to ensure you get what you pay for. Beware of Indian River Glass as Installed and Florida Doors and Windows as Store Front for their deceptive sales.

It has taken about 10 months to get double-panes windows replaced. They have come in wavy twice xox been installed that way. Company has “lost orders” in someone’s drawer on more than one occasion. They don’t return calls responsively. Promised to refund half the money for the wavy window we still have to look through, but sent a check for only a quarter of it. Will not respond to our calls.$750

My project started right before hurricane Matthew hit. Because of the hurricane, it took a long time and several calls to get in touch with a project manager. In the end, they were able to meet my rennovation schedule with a quality product and I was very happy. I also added a door replacement to the project to replace a door blown away by the hurricane.

Replacing windows in your home can be a scary proposition but this went great! From the sales person all the way down to the installation crew, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They were punctual and worked thru bad rain and very hot weather. I researched 5 or 6 firms to do this work and felt most comfortable with Indian River.

The work went well. I did like that they came out and were on time. They were very professional in giving me the estimate. They ordered the door exactly what I wanted. They installed it when they said they would. They had it done when they said it would be done. I got a lot of extra features with this door. They made sure that they were here early and got it done by 1'o clock.

It went well. The project manager, Chad McCormick, did a professional job measuring the windows. The four workers did a good job of replacing the old windows with new windows. The secretary was pleasant. Mike was helpful in answering my questions.

They did what they said they would do, for the agreed upon price, in the amount of time they said they would do it. They adjusted their schedule as much as possible to meet our time constraints. They knew what they were doing, and did it well.

The crews arrived on time. Completely covered all the furniture w / plastic, went right to work. Were professional, polite, clean. Completed the work in 2 days, cleaned up at the end of each job, no mess. No hassle, No problem at all. Beautiful job.

Excellent. Completed job in one day and workers were very neat and professional. The salesman made sure he answered all my concerns/questions and assured me that the installers were company employees...they do not outsource their jobs. When workers were here had them look at a couple of bad screens and they took them back and were able to make me replacements at a very reasonable cost.
