Alex came out and checked everything with the mini split and the outside where there was so much condensation. All is.okay Explained everything to me. Very personable young man.

Initially got the name of this company from a neighbor in our condo complex who had used them before. The company was professional in every way. They provided us a quote and performed the services with no surprises and provided a year service contract at no additional charge. The service personnel showed up on time and were quick and professional and I would highly recommend Davis Brothers for heating and cooling issues.

They did a great job and were professional. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

Fine no problems whatsoever. They came in and did the work, it took them four hours to replace the system. They cleaned everything up when they were done.

They were efficient from start to finish. They were respectful of my house keeping the area covered and I had not dust or debris. I would definitely call them again.

About a month ago I had requested a replacement quote from 3 providers. Davis Bros seemed the best and reading reviews from people in my development I decided to go with them. Since the unit I had seemed to work OK, I kind of postponed calling them. On a Friday night, my unit decided that it had had enough and started putting out warm air. Checked the outside unit and it was extremely hot to the touch. I called them on Saturday morning and asked them how long a wait I would have to replace the unit. To my surprise they called me back in 20 minutes and advised me that they could have a technician at my house by 10 AM. Davis Tech (Jose) arrived right on time and started working. By 3 PM he had the new unit working. He had a little help from a couple of other Davis technicians but he probably did 90% of the work. Great Job Jose! (Davis Bros should give him a raise) Unit is working great, they cleaned everything up. Can not ask for anything more.

Cliff came about 10am and the crew left at 4pm. I had a whole new system and they did an awesome job. New wifi thermostat..I did not choose the cheapest model ...and got the Carrier Coastal outside due to the beach and Bryant internals. Frankly, my whole week had been contractors that did not call back or did not show up..Davis Brothers were a needed surprise ... I could not give higher marks for a good job. I did call other local smaller guys and they never returned a call or never showed for an estimate..Davis Brothers were perfect.
