+ -1 moreIT WAS SATISFACTORY. WHEN THE OWNER CAME OUT, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THEN ANOTHER GUY CAME OUT. HE WAS NOT AS PROFESSIONAL, NOT THE ONE WE WERE HOPING FOR. WE HOPED THE OWNER WOULD COME OUT.
Description of Work: THE A/C FROZE UP ONE TIME. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT AND FIND WHY IT WAS NOT WORKING.
