Follow up from previous review. Courtesy Pest Control has been maintaining our properties on a regular basis. He continues to do a very through job of looking for trouble areas on the inside and outside of our properties. No rushing, just to get done. He calls ahead and is always on time. I really appreciate the good old fashion service.

Hired Courtesy Pest Services to do the inside of some rental property we have as the tenets have pets. Mr. Hoffman was out the same day and did a through inspection and then showed us what he found and what service he recommended. There was no hard sell or you should do this or that. We had him treat the inside of house and around outside. He did a very good job and explained everything he was doing and how it would help. We had set up an appointment time and not only was he on time, he called 10 minutes before showing up to advise us he was on the way. I consider that a real plus. I was impressed by the fact he did not try to sell us the sun and everything under it as most big companies do. He went right to work and knew his business. We have since hired him to do our personal residence also and i would highly recommend his services.
